Senior Manager – Management Consulting (Benelux)

About the role

Fujitsu Europe Wayfinders is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Management Consulting practice in the Benelux region. You will drive the growth of the newly established advisory brand, translating strategic ambition into tangible client outcomes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and develop the Benelux Wayfinders practice, including methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Lead high‑impact, billable consulting engagements and own major workstreams within complex, multi‑disciplinary technology projects.
• Mentor junior consultants, foster a collaborative culture, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Draft proposals, client presentations, and identify follow‑on opportunities within key accounts.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives, marketing activities, and the development of offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting engagements in the IT or digital transformation space.
• Strong business development track record, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technology, data, and AI specialists.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
