Senior Manager Finance & Performance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Finance & Performance initiatives for its Advisory practice in Brussels. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimise finance functions, drive fast‑close processes and implement enterprise performance management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on finance function transformation, upskilling and "fit‑to‑growth" strategies.
• Design and implement accounting processes, including order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay and record‑to‑report, as well as month‑end closing and consolidation.
• Develop and deploy Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) frameworks for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Lead performance‑improvement projects such as activity‑based costing, profitability analysis, investment appraisal and margin controlling.
• Collaborate with CFO offices to design and optimise Target Operating Models.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, own key deliverables and nurture client relationships.
• Prepare proposals that align with client requirements and identify commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in large, international corporations.
• Consulting or audit exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting, fast‑close, EPM, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, margin controlling or financial modelling.
