Senior Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and expand its Cybersecurity Business Unit. You will work with a global team of directors, partners and consultants, primarily based in Belgium, to deliver high‑impact security solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver a portfolio of cybersecurity offerings (NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, FFIEC CAT, NYDFS Part 500, SWIFT CSCF, cyber‑risk frameworks, BCP/DR reviews, etc.).
• Support the Operational Resilience service line and promote the proprietary Cyber Risk Review (C2R) SaaS platform.
• Lead client engagements: analyse challenges, formulate recommendations, and present findings to executive sponsors.
• Drive business development activities, manage flagship accounts, and lead proposal efforts.
• Collaborate with the MD of Cybersecurity on internal initiatives, mentor junior staff and ensure timely delivery of project artefacts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a consultancy environment working on cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with the ability to acquire expertise quickly.
