Senior Legal Counsel Belgium

About the role

Center Parcs Europe is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its Belgian operations. Based at the head office in Peer, you will join the European Legal Team and act as a trusted advisor to the board, senior management, and park teams, translating complex legal issues into practical business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the board, senior management and various departments across the Belgian organisation.
• Support construction projects and related building contracts, with a focus on ESG components.
• Draft, review and negotiate agency and distribution agreements with sales partners.
• Identify legal risks, safeguard organisational interests and contribute to robust compliance and security procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, PR and Marketing to deliver business‑oriented legal guidance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Belgian law, preferably with a focus on private, real estate or corporate law.
• At least 4 years of recent, relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Broad knowledge of contract, consumer and real estate law, and experience with ESG projects and regulations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
• Commercial awareness, strong communication skills, accuracy, responsibility, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
