Senior HR & Change Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to lead HR and change initiatives for clients across multiple sectors, including financial services, energy, industry, transport and logistics. You will work on both client‑facing projects and internal development activities, helping organisations navigate transformation and improve people performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change‑management programmes, covering communication, training, support plans and digital collaboration strategies.
• Structure HR functions, define CSR initiatives and establish HR performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead HR development activities such as recruitment, career planning and training programmes.
• Implement HR tools and information systems, managing project delivery and rollout.
• Conduct social studies, draft HR documents and prepare negotiation materials.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal offer development, business development and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of consulting experience, preferably in HR or change management.
• University Master degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in data, AI topics and ability to quickly acquire expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments in Belgium and abroad.
