Senior Functional Analyst / Solution Designer

About the role

ITS Group is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders. You will independently conduct end‑to‑end studies, design pragmatic and scalable IT solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities as a trusted advisor.
• Lead autonomous studies from problem identification through solution proposal.
• Design cost‑efficient, maintainable solutions that respect enterprise architecture principles.
• Bridge business and IT teams, facilitating workshops and clear communication.
• Provide structured analysis, recommendations, and cost‑benefit assessments to support decision‑making.
• Promote simplification, standardisation, and reuse of existing platforms and services.
• Ensure solution feasibility, traceability, and long‑term business value.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business analysis, functional analysis, and solution design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage end‑to‑end studies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost‑efficiency and value creation.
