Senior Financial Analyst – Consolidations

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations will support the preparation of consolidated financial results for DePuy Synthes across multiple regions. The role offers exposure to global finance operations and the chance to develop expertise in a complex multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes, including inter‑company eliminations and consolidation entries.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations of consolidated results.
• Help establish and maintain best‑in‑class consolidation processes and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting or consolidation.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward one (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with consolidation/ERP systems such as Hyperion, SAP or OneStream.
