Senior Finance Manager – Digital & Technology (Finance Transformation)

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the design and operation of a modern financial management framework for a global Digital & Technology organisation. Acting as the bridge between Finance and Technology, you will ensure transparent, data‑driven decision‑making for all technology‑related spend.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run the financial management framework for a worldwide Digital & Technology function.
• Design end‑to‑end planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning) for technology spend.
• Develop and implement cost‑transparency models, including showback/chargeback allocation mechanisms.
• Partner with Finance FP&A to align bottom‑up inputs with corporate finance processes.
• Analyse operational technology spend (SaaS, cloud, platform costs) and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support investment governance, business case development, and post‑implementation benefits tracking.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, automation, and insight generation across the Digital & Technology organisation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams in a complex, global environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Transformation within complex international settings.
• Proven track record building or significantly improving financial planning, forecasting, or management frameworks.
• Strong background in finance transformation, operating‑model design, or ERP‑enabled change.
• Experience designing cost allocation or financial transparency frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and financial‑modelling capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous, global environment.
