Senior ESG Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior ESG Consultant to help clients design analytics and technology solutions that detect, monitor, and predict sustainability‑related risks. You will work across industries to align ESG performance with corporate strategy and ensure compliance with evolving reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG analytics, dashboards, and control processes for client organizations.
• Identify, prioritize, and set goals for sustainability issues, integrating them into corporate strategy.
• Support clients in meeting current and upcoming ESG reporting requirements.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal service development, change‑management innovation, and business‑development initiatives.
• Lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or a related field from a first‑class university.
• 3–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in sustainability or ESG.
• Self‑starting, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with proven business‑development skills.
• Ability to monitor market trends and adapt service offerings accordingly.
• Experience leading projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in French, Dutch (mandatory), and English; German is a plus.
