Senior Engineer Consultant – Data & AI Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation practice. You will work on client projects that combine data, analytics and engineering expertise to drive strategic change, especially in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute transformation project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, interviews and workshop facilitation.
• Develop process maps and functional specifications to support client initiatives.
• Provide team support and take on leadership responsibilities as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars across business units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team attitude.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad.
• Ability to obtain own work permit (Sia cannot provide one).
