Senior Director, Marketing – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

The Senior Director, Marketing – BeLux is the top marketing leader for Belgium and Luxembourg, reporting to the VP BeNeLux. This role shapes and executes the full marketing strategy for a key EU market, driving portfolio growth, consumer relevance and commercial impact across all brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy for all brands and categories in BeLux, translating global and EU OU strategies into locally relevant growth plans.
• Develop long‑term portfolio vision and annual brand plans that strengthen equity, increase penetration and deliver sustainable NSR and OI performance.
• Co‑lead the BeLux Annual Business Plan, define KPIs, and drive performance routines with senior managers.
• Serve as the senior marketing counterpart to bottler leadership, aligning media investment, pack strategy and in‑market execution.
• Act as the primary interface between EU OU Category Teams and the local market, ensuring central assets are adapted to BeLux cultural and commercial realities.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within consumer‑goods or fast‑moving consumer goods sectors.
• Track record of building and leading multidisciplinary teams across brand management, IMX, creative, media and innovation.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into commercially grounded plans.
• Experience partnering with bottlers or similar commercial partners to align marketing and commercial objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
