Senior Digital PR & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital PR & Account Manager to lead client‑facing digital public‑relations initiatives for enterprise‑level brands. The role blends strategic PR planning, media outreach, and full‑cycle account management while collaborating with internal SEO, content, and outreach teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, publishers and industry influencers.
• Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews and content opportunities.
• Design and execute digital PR campaigns that drive brand visibility and high‑quality media coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading meetings, presentations and campaign reviews.
• Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with corporate communications teams at Fortune 500 companies to navigate complex approval processes.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, content, link‑building and outreach teams to translate client goals into actionable plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, communications or account management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: based in Europe, agency background, experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
