Senior Digital PR & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital PR & Account Manager to lead client‑facing digital public‑relations initiatives for enterprise‑level brands. The role blends strategic PR planning, media outreach, and comprehensive account management, working remotely with a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 and other large corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and industry influencers.
• Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews, and content opportunities.
• Develop and execute digital PR campaigns that generate brand visibility and high‑quality media coverage.
• Identify creative story angles and opportunities for client promotion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal corporate communications teams at large enterprises.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, content, and leadership teams to ensure campaign success.
• Work closely with content, SEO, link‑building, and outreach teams.
• Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, Public Relations, Communications, or Account Management.
• Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: based in Europe and experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 companies.
• Preferred: background in agency environments and existing media/publisher relationships.
