Senior Consultant – Management Consulting (Benelux)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join Fujitsu Europe Wayfinders in the Benelux region. You will work on high‑impact management‑consulting projects, helping clients translate strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream or small team within consulting engagements and own portions of client deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
• Design and facilitate client meetings, workshops and presentation materials.
• Develop and socialize consulting frameworks, templates and accelerators.
• Identify improvement opportunities, raise risks early and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Support business‑development activities such as maintaining a client success library, drafting proposal sections and conducting research.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a billable consultant delivering transformation projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to produce structured outputs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive attitude toward practice development and knowledge sharing.
