Senior Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences at Sia, you will help leading global Life Science companies optimise and digitise their production and quality processes. You will work on strategic projects that deliver lasting value, bridging business and IT across multidisciplinary, international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and implement processes using the GRIPP methodology.
• Lead complex projects independently and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Model and optimise business processes with BPMN tools.
• Prepare product breakdown structures for large‑scale projects with budgets ranging from €3 M to €50 M.
• Advise clients on digital transformation, best practices and process improvement.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure successful implementation of new processes.

Required profile

• Curious, analytically strong and results‑oriented.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Team player who can lead when needed and step back when appropriate.

Required skills

• BPMN tools for process modelling and optimisation.
