Senior Consultant Life Science

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences at Sia, you will drive the digital transformation of leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You will work on optimizing production and quality processes, delivering strategic results that create lasting value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and implement processes using the GRIPP methodology.
• Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Model and optimise business processes with BPMN tools.
• Prepare product breakdown structures for large‑scale projects with budgets ranging from €3 M to €50 M.
• Advise clients on digital transformation strategies and industry best practices.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
