Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence to join Sia’s global consulting team. You will work closely with clients to analyse, redesign and optimise their business processes, leveraging data‑driven insights and Lean methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify existing work processes and propose simplification and improvement solutions.
• Implement agreed‑upon solutions together with the client, ensuring smooth change adoption.
• Coach clients through change management and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assume team‑leadership responsibilities, mentoring new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars across industry units.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–6 years of consulting experience with a proven track record.
• Strong collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
