Senior Consultant – Hydrogen Energy

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong focus on hydrogen to join its Energy & Utilities practice. You will work directly with clients to support the transition toward new energy models, combining consulting expertise with emerging hydrogen technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor for managers, engineers and technical specialists on hydrogen projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate project teams across multiple offices.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations that align with clients' energy transition goals.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate AI‑driven insights into hydrogen solutions.
• Contribute to business development, recruitment, knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the Energy practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, preferably in energy or hydrogen.
• Strong understanding of the hydrogen market and its value‑chain implications.
• Passion for renewable energy and willingness to drive implementation.
