Senior Consultant – HR and Change Management

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group, is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to lead HR and change initiatives for clients across multiple sectors. You will work on high‑impact projects, helping organisations design and implement transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change‑management activities, including communication plans, training, support, and digital collaboration strategies.
• Design and optimise HR function structures, CSR initiatives, and HR performance metrics (KPIs).
• Support HR development processes such as recruitment, career planning, and training programmes.
• Implement HR tools and information systems, overseeing project management and rollout.
• Conduct social‑management studies, draft HR documents, and prepare negotiation materials.
• Contribute to internal initiatives: refine service offerings, support business development, and participate in commercial proposals.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of consulting experience, preferably in HR or change management.
• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High interest in data, AI topics and the ability to quickly acquire expertise.
