Senior Consultant ESG

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ESG Consultant to join our global consulting team. You will work with clients across industries to design analytics and technology solutions that detect, monitor, and predict ESG‑related risks while supporting their sustainability ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics and technology solutions for ESG risk detection, monitoring and prediction.
• Identify, prioritize and set goals for sustainability issues, integrating them into corporate strategy.
• Design processes, controls and dashboards for consistent, accurate ESG reporting.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as offer development, change‑management innovation and business development.
• Participate in commercial activities, including need definition and prospecting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (engineering, business, economics or related field) from a first‑class university.
• 3–10 years of relevant consulting experience in sustainability/ESG.
• Self‑starting, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with proven business‑development skills.
• Experience leading projects and managing teams.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly acquire expertise.
• Fluent in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English; German is a plus.
