Senior Consultant – Digitalisation & Business Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its global management consulting practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help clients navigate digital transformation, improve operational performance, and capture new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic positioning and new‑business development for client organisations.
• Lead organisational redesign, business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of Sia’s service offerings by analysing market trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in business development activities, including need definition and commercial proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on innovation projects across digitalisation, marketing, pricing, procurement and related domains.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record in at least one of the following services: digitalisation, marketing & customer experience, operational excellence, pricing & revenue management, or procurement & sourcing.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
