Senior Client Manager

About the role

Fox-IT / NCC Group is building the leading global cyber security services company. As a Senior Client Manager – Business Development Belgium you will expand the Belgian market presence, acquire new logos and develop strategic client relationships across sectors where cyber security, resilience, compliance and digital sovereignty are priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high‑value business opportunities in Belgium, focusing on organisations where cyber security, resilience and regulatory pressure are critical.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and high‑profile clients, ensuring deep understanding of their business needs and local context.
• Design and execute strategic business development plans to secure large, complex deals, leveraging local insight and NCC Group’s international capabilities.
• Oversee the full deal lifecycle from lead generation to closure and handover to delivery teams.
• Monitor industry trends, economic shifts and regulatory changes to anticipate and capture emerging opportunities.
• Track and report on sales metrics, market penetration and business performance, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new business development and account management, preferably within the Belgian market or with comparable enterprise and public‑sector clients.
• Success selling complex IT and/or cyber security solutions to strategic clients.
• Experience creating outreach plans and go‑to‑market strategies, including account mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, able to influence internal and external decision‑makers.
• Fluency in English required; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
