Senior Change Manager – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead end‑to‑end change initiatives for a major client in Brussels. You will translate strategic objectives into clear narratives, engage stakeholders, and drive sustainable behavioral change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a pragmatic change approach aligned with the ADKAR framework.
• Craft compelling stories that explain the why, what, and impact of the initiative.
• Identify, engage, and align key stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption.
• Design and deliver enablement activities such as training, coaching, and support.
• Integrate change activities into project governance, providing visibility on readiness, adoption, and risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading change in complex transformation programs.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into actionable change plans tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a people‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of creating clear and persuasive narratives.
• Hands‑on attitude, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
