Senior Business Controller – Acquisition & Revenue Assurance (Team Lead)

About the role

Verisure is seeking a Senior Business Controller to lead its acquisition and revenue assurance function. You will act as the bridge between strategic acquisition control and day‑to‑day business controlling, supporting the Acquisition & Business Control Manager while managing a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business‑partnering relationships with Marketing and Sales, proposing actions that drive sales growth.
• Analyse cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) and acquisition performance, prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
• Lead the acquisition business control team: coordinate activities, coach a controller and set priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes for acquisition.
• Create and maintain dashboards and controlling tools using Power BI and Excel.
• Implement revenue‑assurance controls to prevent errors, fraud and revenue leakage.
• Contribute to process optimisation and internal‑control improvements.
• Report to the Acquisition & Business Control Manager and act as a strategic sparring partner.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis.
• Experience in acquisition controlling or revenue assurance is a plus.
• Previous coordination or leadership experience (team lead or project lead).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bilingual in English and French or Dutch.
