About the role

Join the most visible tribe in the bank and become the entry point for customers across multiple digital channels. As a Senior Android Software Engineer you will craft high‑quality Kotlin applications that power the Easy Banking Web & App and other brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Kotlin code for Android.
• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance, reusable components using Jetpack Compose and Material 3.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to deliver new features and integrate external APIs.
• Ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the applications.
• Write unit tests, apply TDD principles, and handle edge cases.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional Android development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and at least one local language.
• Strong Agile mindset: collaborative, learning‑oriented, and team‑focused.

Required skills

• Kotlin programming language.
• Jetpack Compose and Material 3 design system.
• Google Android design principles and UI guidelines.
• Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and clean‑code practices.
• Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and unit‑testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
