About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our fast‑moving fintech scale‑up in Brussels. You will act as the commercial ambassador for our innovative HR‑tech solutions, guiding enterprise clients from the first demo through onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to contract signing.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailor solutions to HR and finance departments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for client HR teams.
- Represent the company at HR and technology events, expanding our network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HR or financial services.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Proven ability to sell complex, solution‑based products to enterprise customers.
