School Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support the mental health and academic success of students across DoWEA schools. The professional will work closely with teachers, families, and community partners to assess and address behavioral and psychological concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with staff, families, and community partners on student behavioral and psychological issues.
• Collaborate with school personnel to design and implement interventions for struggling students.
• Deliver school‑wide prevention programs that foster a positive and safe climate.
• Provide individual and group counseling on academic, social, and behavioral skills.
• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Advise student assistance teams in developing accommodation and intervention plans.
• Lead professional development sessions on child development, learning, and behavior management.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Valid state teaching license or equivalent certification in relevant content areas.
• Relevant education and experience in school psychology, counseling, or related fields (including volunteer service).
• Willingness to undergo Tier 1 background investigation and childcare checks.
• Ability to relocate worldwide and sign mobility and transportation agreements.
