School Internship in People & Transformation Consulting

About the role

Join PwC's People & Transformation team for a school internship during the 2026‑2027 academic year. You will support consulting projects that help organisations manage change, develop inclusive cultures, and design future‑of‑work strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, market research, and preparation of workshop materials.
• Create communication assets and support event organisation.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership pieces and internal projects such as inspirational workshops.
• Explore ESG, DEI, leadership assessment, organisational culture and HR transformation topics.
• Support workforce strategy work, including organisational design and employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in business engineering, administration, organisational psychology, communication or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong creativity.
• Proactive, client‑oriented attitude and ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in people‑focused consulting.
