Salesforce Senior Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our Salesforce practice and are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead complex digital transformation projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce architectures.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables such as solution design documents, configuration specifications, test plans, and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives and community of practice activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation.
• Proven track record of multiple full‑lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
