Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Materiatek is looking for a commercially‑driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead the full commercial development of its materials library, coworking space and partner network. Reporting directly to the founders, you will work in a small, close‑knit team with real ownership of the sales pipeline and the opportunity to shape one of Belgium’s most exciting design initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new supplier partners to expand the curated collection of material samples.
• Prospect, convert and manage new members and clients for the coworking space.
• Own the partner relationship lifecycle from first contact and negotiation through onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Conduct proactive prospecting, cold calling and outreach as a core daily activity.
• Promote the materials library among architects and designers in the Brussels design community.
• Support events and other activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility typical of a start‑up environment.

Required profile

• At least a first experience in a commercial or sales role (junior profiles welcome).
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Genuine affinity for design, architecture and materials.
• Not afraid of cold calling and proactive prospecting.
• Strong team player in a small, tight‑knit team.
• Trilingual with fluency in French and English or Dutch and French.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building from the ground up.
