Sales Executive (DACH & Eastern Europe)

About the role
Join the International Taste Institute’s growing sales team in Brussels and lead the expansion into the DACH and Eastern European markets. You will build relationships with food and beverage producers, showcasing how the Institute’s taste evaluation and certification can accelerate their growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage food & drink brands across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.
- Generate new business opportunities through social selling, outreach and networking at industry events.
- Explain the certification process and advise award winners on leveraging their accolades for marketing.
- Represent the Institute at national and international trade shows and support blind‑tasting events.
- Provide customer feedback and testimonials to strengthen the value proposition.
- Collaborate with management on cross‑functional projects as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
- Professional proficiency in German, fluency in English and a Eastern European language.
- Strong hunter mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
- Excellent outbound and inbound sales capabilities.
- Team player comfortable in a fast‑moving international environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
