Sales Director – Adhesives

About the role

The Sales Director – Adhesives will lead the commercial activities of the Adhesives Division, owning full P&L responsibility and driving profitable growth across all product lines and market segments. You will set the strategic direction, build strong customer partnerships, and inspire a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the commercial strategy, including pricing, market prioritisation and growth initiatives.
• Carry full P&L ownership: set annual budgets, manage costs and deliver revenue and margin targets.
• Regularly review and adapt the strategy to market dynamics and competitive moves.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear KPIs for the sales organisation.
• Provide transparent reporting and forecasting to senior management.
• Build and nurture deep, trust‑based relationships with key customers and act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Develop structured customer‑engagement processes from strategic account planning to efficient service models.
• Lead, coach and inspire regional sales managers, key account managers and technical sales professionals.
• Foster an open, high‑trust culture where feedback, accountability and pride are central.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
