Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Contractify, you will be the engine driving our growth by generating a steady flow of high‑quality leads for our SaaS contract‑management platform. You will work closely with Account Executives to turn prospects into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Qualify prospects based on fit, budget, and timeline, and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Analyze performance metrics, adjust tactics, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Meet and exceed defined KPIs and targets.

Required profile

• Energetic, tenacious “hunter” mindset, comfortable with frequent phone outreach.
• Target‑driven and motivated by results.
• Strong affinity for technology and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑oriented and proactive.
• Fluent Dutch and English (both spoken and written); basic French is a plus.
• Outbound sales or SaaS experience is a bonus, but motivation is essential.
