About the role

IRCA Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive its commercial strategy across the Benelux region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships and increase sales volume for our high‑quality food‑ingredient portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy for the assigned territory and sales channels, balancing “push” and “pull” activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning them with company objectives.
  • Create and execute area development plans, identifying growth opportunities and new business.
  • Collaborate with distributor teams to ensure consistent coverage across territories.
  • Optimize product distribution, sales volumes and mix to drive turnover growth.
  • Monitor competitive activity, provide market intelligence and support new‑business initiatives.

Required profile

  • Degree in economics or equivalent experience; technical training in the food sector is a plus.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the food industry.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
  • Willingness to travel more than 75% of the time.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
