About the role

Join waterdrop® as a part‑time Sales Assistant and become the face of our sustainable hydration brand in a vibrant store environment. You will help customers discover our eco‑friendly Microdrinks, provide top‑notch service, and support the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and retail core principles.
• Deliver excellent customer service, identify needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Capture customer data to build loyalty and expand the database.
• Resolve complaints promptly, investigating issues and proposing solutions.
• Execute the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony to maximise product knowledge and sales.
• Participate in store meetings, training, and maintain clear communication with colleagues.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and housekeeping.
• Follow security, cash‑handling, and health & safety procedures, including opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and English.
• Approachable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Adaptable, willing to take on new challenges, and able to multitask.
• Professional image and strong interpersonal communication.
• Retail sales experience in a customer‑focused environment.
