Sales Assistant (M/F) – Belgium

About the role

As a Sales Assistant you will support the Key Account Manager in the daily management of client accounts for leading retail chains in Belgium. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare activity reports such as revenue analysis, cash register data, product tracking, promotional material performance and forecasts.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal department activities.
• Design and maintain Excel files for sales tracking and data analysis.
• Act as liaison between retail chains, Key Account Managers and the customer service department in Autun.
• Organise inter‑selection meetings and support customer‑service tasks like scheduling appointments and tracking deliveries.

Required profile

• At least a two‑year college degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as a key‑account assistant in the textile or consumer‑goods sector, preferably handling accounts such as Colruyt or Carrefour.
• Strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in French and Dutch; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating presentations.
