Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Max Mara boutique in Brussels. Working 38 hours per week, you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer enjoys a high‑quality shopping experience and leaves as a loyal client.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized fashion advice.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, atmosphere, and brand image.
• Process deliveries, manage stock, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Utilise the cash register system and support CRM initiatives.
• Contribute to sales targets while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Charismatic, outgoing, flexible and goal‑oriented.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English and additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance that aligns with the Max Mara brand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cash register systems.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic IT applications.
