Sales Assistant – Hydrista

About the role

Join waterdrop® as a Sales Assistant for our Hydrista concept in Antwerp. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover sustainable, fun hydration solutions while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying waterdrop® values and core retail principles.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, identifying needs, answering product questions, and guiding purchases.
• Capture customer data to build loyalty and expand the database.
• Resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues and recommending solutions.
• Execute the 6‑Drop Selling Ceremony, delivering product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and security of stock and cash.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and ensure accurate time‑keeping and attendance.
• Open and close the store as required and adhere to health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and English.
• Approachable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Adaptable, willing to take on new challenges, and able to multitask.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
