Room Attendant / Night Cleaner – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Room Attendant/Night Cleaner to join the team at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie in Brussels. You will ensure that guest rooms, apartments and public areas are spotless and welcoming, contributing to a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, apartments and public spaces during night shifts.
• Follow hygiene standards and use appropriate cleaning supplies for each surface.
• Inspect rooms for any issues and report them promptly.
• Maintain safety and health regulations while working.
• Support the team by handling additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a strong motivation to start.
• Flexible availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on cleanliness.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hotel environment.
