Rocycle Instructor

About the role

Rostudios is seeking enthusiastic Rocycle instructors to lead high‑energy cycling classes in our studio environment. You will inspire participants of all levels, creating a welcoming space where movement transforms lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead energetic Rocycle classes for groups of 60+ riders, demonstrating proper technique and motivating participants.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive studio atmosphere and adapt cues to meet diverse fitness needs.
• Deliver a consistent class schedule, typically teaching 6‑8 sessions per week across morning, evening, weekend and holiday slots.
• Participate in the Rocycle training programme, including online modules and in‑studio workshops, culminating in a Community Ride assessment.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the Rocycle training programme.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to teach a minimum of 6‑8 classes per week on a fixed schedule.
• No planned vacation longer than one week during training and the first three months after completion.
• Residency in the city where you apply and adherence to the submitted availability for at least four months.
