Reward Expert

About the role

PwC is looking for a Reward Expert to join its multidisciplinary team in Belgium. You will help organisations design and implement best‑in‑class total reward strategies that align with their vision and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create, implement and deploy reward strategies covering compensation, benefits, performance management and recognition.
• Support clients in redefining reward policies, function classification, benchmarking, bonus plans and related documentation.
• Coordinate project delivery, conduct final reviews and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Produce data visualisations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Tax, Legal and Advisory HR teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of the reward practice and coach junior advisers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reward, preferably within a consultancy or Big 4 environment.
• Professional experience in industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French.
• Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude.
