Revenue Manager

About the role

Challenge Group, an international aviation company, is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across its air cargo network. Reporting to the Head of Network Planning, Alliances & Revenue Management, you will shape pricing, route and capacity strategies to maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, capacity and competition.
• Maintain rate structures for commodities, weight breaks and service levels.
• Define pricing strategies for road feeder services and manage bid prices.
• Set access prices by route and customer segment to drive profitability.
• Configure capacity settings and allotments to ensure optimal utilisation.
• Forecast demand and manage over‑booking levels per route.
• Operate and configure Revenue Management Systems, dynamic pricing engines and booking platforms.
• Maintain system rate sheets, capacity settings and pricing parameters while ensuring data integrity across revenue, sales, finance and planning systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in air cargo.
• Strong analytical and data‑modelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a commercial mindset.
