Retail Store Supervisor – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to lead our Carhartt WIP retail team in Brussels. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the team to achieve the highest levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of all customer queries.
• Maintain store presentation, including cleanliness, visual displays, and merchandising.
• Hold store keys, manage opening and closing procedures, complete checklists, and handle cash responsibly.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across the store.
• Foster open communication within the store and with other departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or a service‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Proven selling abilities and confidence in interacting with customers.
• Good understanding of the brand’s customer base and their expectations.
• Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
