About the role

Join MANGO’s multicultural store team in the Netherlands as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service while helping customers discover the latest fashion trends.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and approach customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Provide accurate product advice using strong fashion knowledge.
• Assist multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, tidy store environment and ensure stock is replenished.
• Support visual merchandising to keep the store image appealing.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Enthusiastic about representing the brand and delivering top‑notch service.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable.
