Restaurant Team Leader

About the role

As a Food Team Leader at IKEA you will oversee the restaurant area, ensuring a safe, healthy and sustainable food experience for customers and co‑workers. You will lead a team, coach them daily and drive the department’s performance while upholding IKEA’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, attractive and inviting restaurant environment.
• Ensure all food products are in perfect condition, correctly priced and displayed.
• Support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA’s overall objectives.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to follow routines and safety requirements.
• Provide floor support and handle administrative tasks related to the restaurant.

Required profile

• Passion for creating great customer experiences with a modern Swedish taste.
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of coaching teams.
• Strong commercial mindset and motivation to maximise turnover.
• Ability to inspire co‑workers and share pride in food and service quality.
