Reservations & Guest Service Expert Internship

About the role

This 5‑6 month internship in the Sales department of a modern Holiday Inn hotel offers hands‑on experience in reservations and guest services. You will work on‑site, Monday to Friday, supporting the Senior Sales Manager and ensuring a smooth administrative flow for incoming bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and tasks in the Opera property management system.
• Process reservations for individual guests and leisure groups.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information about the hotel and its services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to anticipate guest needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity in the PMS.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and written/verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Pro‑active, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Required skills

• Opera property management system (PMS) proficiency.
