About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing clear communication, troubleshooting assistance, and a positive experience in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with accurate product and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system, track open cases, and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain quality standards, handle complaints professionally, and flag recurring issues for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product changes and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from a remote location.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
