Remote Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our remote team and help generate new business opportunities for our talent‑management SaaS platform. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates residing in Belgium, and you will work closely with our marketing and senior sales colleagues to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective B2B customers through outbound calls, emails and social outreach.
• Present the company’s talent‑management solution, understand client challenges and schedule demos for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and track performance metrics.
• Achieve or exceed monthly lead‑generation and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology.
• Strong communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
