About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional who loves connecting the right talent with the right projects while keeping our office running smoothly. This hybrid role combines recruitment, administrative, and office‑management responsibilities in a fast‑growing digital transformation consultancy.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment & freelance talent pool: actively source profiles on LinkedIn and job boards, conduct qualification interviews, build and maintain a living talent pool, match consultants to client missions, and nurture long‑term relationships.
  • Admin & finance: manage suppliers and vendors, handle related invoicing, and prepare accounting documents.
  • Team life & office: create an inviting office environment, act as the go‑to person for undefined tasks, and organise activities that strengthen team cohesion.
  • Sales support: bridge client needs with available profiles, assist in preparing proposals, and keep the CRM pipeline up to date.

Required profile

  • A genuine passion for recruitment and people.
  • Comfortable sourcing, qualifying, and building a network over time.
  • Ability to handle administrative duties alongside recruitment without feeling burdened.
  • Experience in recruitment, headhunting or talent acquisition is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of consulting, digital transformation or freelancing is highly valued.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset for the Brussels context.
