Recruitment Associate

About the role

As a Recruitment Associate you will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for IBA’s headquarters in Belgium. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, assess and hire technical candidates, ensuring a smooth experience from intake to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle – from intake with hiring managers, sourcing and candidate selection, to interview coordination, offer negotiation and contract signing.
• Maintain and populate the HR database and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of internal customers’ organisational structures, staffing needs and required profiles.
• Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs, campus events and job advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in technical recruitment (in‑house or agency).
• Strong competency‑based interviewing and psychotechnical testing expertise.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent oral and written French and English.
• Professional, meticulous, able to work under pressure and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
